Ghillie is a custodial Alpha Arcade user-agent on Algorand mainnet. It scans markets through Amarok (remote MCP / x402-paid research), asks ZeroSignal for plan review, validates quotes against local policy, then signs and submits limit-order groups locally. Amarok never receives the mnemonic and meta.executionSubmitted is always false on unsigned quotes.
